Internal fork stop kit for frames with integrated bearing cups (recent style)

Description

This internal fork stop kit can be used on all 1″ stem Harley Davidson with integrated bearing cups style frames (1986 to present Big Twin and 1982-2021XL). The lower bearing race have built in a protuberance that will move into the corresponding slot of a plate that have to be screwed into the lower triple tree. Customer can choose to assemble the plate straight or tilted 180°, engaging the larger slot (wider steering angle, 38° each side) or the narrower one (32° each side). The bearing race have splines on external surface to avoid rotation of the bearing race inside the frame, anyway we strongly suggest to use a high strenght loctite for coaxial asseblies (Loctite 641 or 638) to avoid rotation even on the toughest steering stops.
It’s a bolt on on our compatible triple trees. Materials are Stainless steel for the disc plate and upper dust shield, and high strenght Carbon steel heat treated for the bearing race.
